Just off the top of my head:

Regular two-round wrath from level you get it to level 40
At level 40, if wrath is above 85%, can get a slight "inspiration" buff:

"As you call down the wrath of your God on your foe, you feel an uplifting presence of your Lord"

At level 45, if wrath is above 95%, can get a "malediction" affect:

IE Hits them with everything willbreaker does except the buff to you

"As you call down the wrath of your God on your foe it's terrible fury strikes fear into their hearts"


And so on and so on.
