If you follow what you estimate to be the pendulum swing you will never be happy. You need to stick out the good with the bad.

But if you want action stop playing fort. On a very crude average (Good/Neutral/Evil) you cant fight 1/3rd of the playerbase. Then ontop of that there are a whole heap of people who you shouldn't fight either. You want options

Orc, Empire, Scarab, Reaver or an Evil in any other cabal
