That seems like a slow and inefficient way to quickly peek back at some text during a fight. If I'm following someone around Thera and text is flying past quickly and I want to check my affects or score but still keep an eye on where I'm going then I can just hit page up once and read and Ctrl+PgDn when I'm done on CMUD. The way you're explaining it I would have to scroll up, find my text, mouse around and copy and paste that stuff. Doesn't seem like an equal solution.
