I'm not saying the Russian didn't do it, I just haven't seen any evidence that points to that. There's a reason hearsay is not given much credibility in court...

And even if Russians did hack the DNC, that does not mean they are the ones that gave the leaked emails to Wikileaks. Especially since Wikileaks, who is far more credible than the U.S. intelligence agencies, says it came from an insider.

It is possible the Russians got the info and then gave it to an insider to give to the Wikileaks.

It is also possible there were multiple unrelated parties (Russian and non-Russian) hacking into the DNC computers at the same time.

It is also possible it was entirely done by U.S. intelligence agencies, intent on framing the Russians.
