I finished putting down some nice pergo in my kitchen and den. Also had new carpet installed about two weeks ago. And yesterday, I finished adding a line from my sink to hook up to the refridgerator. But apparently I did a lousy job, because I woke up this morning to an inch of standing water all in my dining room, kitchen, and den. It even ran down the hall toward the bathroom. The stupid sink had water coming out underneath it like a friggin garden hose was on full blast.

Not a bad way to finish out the first month of home ownership, huh?
