The first host to have the large ping time is the one with the problem. You need to determine who "owns" that host. Is it your ISP? Or someone in between you and CF?

Honestly, though, there's not much you can do except possibly change ISPs.

Are you in the United States? If you're overseas, 200ms ping may be *normal*.
