One thing I hate...

is when people try to talk like business is competitive sport for adults. BS. Business is nowhere near as immediate, challenging, or tactical as sports. And there is zero flair in business. Yes, there is some strategy involved, some competition, but the visibility and head-to-head match-ups are non-existent.

My current CEO is all about comparing the two and trying to motivate us as above and it annoys me.
