Exploiting the system is smart. It's sure better than just bending over and getting fucked repeatedly by it. Why would you be mad at the people who work the system when they're not the ones who implement it? Its not like politicians don't counter-argue bills by pointing out how exploitable they are - if they get passed anyway are you supposed to ignore it or take advantage? I don't think it makes you a douchebag to take advantage. At least, not any more of a douchebag than 90% of the people on this forum who directly or indirectly take government kick-backs throughout their entire life.
