I'm using the old one. The post 9/11 doesn't cover online schooling, yet. I plan to remedy that soon (by taking at least a course at a time at the actual campus). Full tuition paid plus E5 BAH is nothing to scoff at.

As it stands financial aid/student loans cover my tuition and the 1300 a month covers my living costs.
