Maybe it wasn't intended to come off that way, but it would have sounded better if you *asked* him not to publish it rather than *commanding* him not to publish it. It's not like you own the copyright to the posts/data people post here. And even if you did, the idea that you can stop someone from redistributing something that's openly published on your website has been shot down when the news websites tried to stop news aggregators and search engines from "republishing" their news articles with appropriate citations. You've put in a lot of work for this site and I hope your ads at least pay you a reasonable salary for the time you've put in, but someone not publishing a mirror of your site is a courtesy to you. I hope he doesn't publish it since you clearly don't want him to... but whatever, you get the point.
