Half a pizza followed by days of salad and some sweet drinks? Bit of candy mixed in? Yes, this is horribly unhealthy, but not really that fattening.
Here was my typical day when I was fat and wasn't health-concious of what I ate:
Breakfast: Biscuits+country gravy. 4-6 strips of bacon. 1-2 sausage links. 4 pancakes. Maple syrup on everything but the biscuits.
Brunch: Granola bars and sugar drinks. Little did I know at the time that granola was very fattening.
Lunch: Carl's Jr. Monster Burger with large fries + big ol' Dr. Pepper. On occasion a second burger.
Drive-home snack: Large KFC popcorn chicken + 4 biscuits and drink. OR 20 pc. nugget meal from MC Donalds (drink and fries).
Dinner: WHOLE or very nearly whole large pizza. pepperoni, sausage, ham, double cheese. OR 2-4 TV dinner meals (those things are tiny)
EDIT: This is all especially disheartening when you relize I'm barely taller than a match stick.

Looking at that is pretty embarassing. Needless to say, the fried fast foods take a HUGE toll. The breakfast, while sounding very bad, was home cooked and is something I could sustain in my current diet and still be "healthy."
If she is on par with this kind of diet and still skinny? Then you need to take her to a psychologist to help deal with her bolemia.

On a personal note: Since I started eatting healthy, not only do I feel better, but I save a ton more money. That shit gets expensive.
