And with respect to an Outlander ranger, you really do have a shot at knocking off a couple people in a 4 man raiding squad. Which is probably why Empire doesn't raid Outlander much. But like I said, if there's a turnaround in Empire and/or some Tribunal badasses rank up, playing an Outlander ranger could be fun.
I had a very frustrating time with my last outlander ranger. People just will not raid Outlander anymore, and defending against 3-4 v 1 raids is the most fun part to playing an outlander ranger. So I'd advise against that until there's some turnover in the Empire and/or Tribunal gets some badass heroes.
