Didn't read all your posts but just wanted to say I agreed with everything you wrote (that I read, it was just too much).

I have entered at least a dozen role contests and really set my mind to writing some of them, and have never won any, even though I've managed to get a few leader spots. Guess I just suck at writing roles. :P

1. Is dragon armor (midnight, red-gold) considered light or heavy?
2. How many pieces do you need to wear do you need before you notice a difference for Light spec?
3. Considering drow or duergar. Is Spider's grace worth it?
Fire damage could get an increase up to 50% of base, but I didn't find any enchantments that could increase it, like the way I could with my one-handed weapon skill. I struggled a little to complete the main quest at difficulty on my mage for that reason and had to scale down to expert / adept to avoid constant save game reloads.
