Jab, Disarm, Offhand, and Flurry if you take the edge for it. Speed flurry really did help my last, but it is hard to know if that was because of Cry too.
I don't disagree necessarily, but would say that if you take Flow you would treat it as a bonus not depend on it. I'm not a huge fan of soul except in certain situations, though I think villagers often use it to take advantage of such easy constant damage reduction of resist.
With Darikir, Parry Anything + Evasive + Flow = 50%-60% total evasion. Every little bit helps.
As Flow would be even better on a drow, I can't help but think that it will be a lot stronger than you make it out to be.
Drum will become okay with balanced percussionist I imagine.
If your true bane is flurry, take flow as I think it is optimized for a drow. I could see Drow Spear/Mace STSF/Flow Defender doing quite well.
Not having tested it, I would think this build would be overall pretty balanced. It could of course be tweaked depending on the cabal.
Dark-Elf Spear/Mace STSF/(Flow, Soul, Chilling, Cry, and Whirlwind all seem viable and fun).
Use spear to get some bleeding going and defend well while you build charges, switch to mace and boneshatter if it isn't going your way, otherwise start hittin
