It just doesn't do anything that matters beyond that for warriors. There were and maybe still are ways to get stacking negative hitroll affects or really extreme negative hitroll (along with other random stat changes). I've personally had -200ish hitroll on a dagger spec, and tried every skill I could use, and they all landed at the same rate as before. Defenses, number of attacks, etc,

Dying over and over is discouraging to your allies. Dying over and over and every time spending 10 minutes talking in cb about what was looted and how you have to regather preps is even worse.
