But far as I know, one just helps bypass the armor protections and the other it seems makes the wounds last longer.
I would think the armor bypass is probably always the better choice.
I thought there was one that converted the damage type to ice or that there used to be, but maybe they did away with that or it just never existed.
Not that a duergar would be vuln ice or piercing damage any
I wonder how you know where it might work and where it won't. Trial and error I guess.
I don't even know of many no-commune rooms (plenty of cursed ones but not many that prohibit all communes)
I know there is a difference between no commune and no cleanse, i.e. the inferno allows prayers, but I doubt you can sanctify room there ever.
Is the skill really just meant to allow commune
Faith maybe?
Where it can allow someone to commune in a room where the ordinarily would not be able too?
Not saying it would work, but I always wondered if you could use that to sanctify an otherwise deathtrap type room that normally could not be sanctified.
1) With a wand or scroll, I believe so. (since you use enchant weapon and armor scrolls on specific items) Not sure about a potion, I never thought to try targeting one, though I know there are remove curse potions so maybe it can be done. The best way to drop it is not pick it up from your corpse when you die. And there are maybe some other ways it can be gotten out that more creative people tha
From a pure ability to tank, arial is always going to be best with 25 dex.
Rangers get talismans and wilderness fam, and with a bow, haste, aura, shield, prot, stoneskin, you are pretty much unkillable.
I do think an arial bard is a little better in general because of the no terrain issues.
Give an arial bard a no remove sword, a shield, all bard songs, all talisman preps, and he can not b
The gloves are from Enpolad's garden, I believe it is the jade queen that wears them.
They prog a number of different spells, one from each elemental path. Fireball, lightning bolt, icicle, grease, windwall and stone shatter. (I think that is the full list at least, but my memory is from maybe 7 years ago) They also have very nice stats, so most people would wear them even without the progs
But I say who cares at the low levels. Spam it everytime you can, once mastered you can get some alright help out of it.
At hero I would only really use it if I needed it though, just cause anecdotally I seem to recall I got better prayers and such if I had not used it in a while.
If you want the easiest path, go N/N herald, no real enemies and everyone wants to take you on PVE trips.
Once you get the hang of the class you'll find you can explore most all of Thera solo (and kill most NPCs so long as you are patient). You'll likely end up going on adventures to tougher areas with groups too, which can be useful for learning areas and such.
PVP you'll lack
It is paladin only though, so of fairly limited value.
Comes from I believe the captain of the incarnadine wave, the holy ship that has paladins on it.
He also has a shield, which I believe is also paladin only, but I might be misremembering on that.
sitting somewhere lagged for the sake of a few coppers is pretty useless and dumb.
and mimic is pretty worthless since most everyone will know a bard is using it. I think I have pulled it off successfully once, and even then, I was just using it to mess with my group mates while ranking.
charismatic prelude's +2 charisma is pretty useless given there are so few things that drop chr and y

bracelet is definitely aboleths, and is 3 hit 3 dam 2 str 2 dex.
I think.
My knowledge of stuff is pretty outdated by now.
Since you always have canticle up and I seem to remember the song duration was something like 60-70 hours. I'd probably trade a little less dam for the save mental really if the legacy gave the choice.
Bard songs are nice, but canticle with that edge is just insanely good.
That group mates get that boost too makes it just too good.
Throw on a battaglia and you have a perm + 20 dam on a ba
From my only char with it, this is what the edge does.
Song: 'canticle of the gods' modifies save vs mental by -6 for 4 hours.
Song: 'canticle of the gods' modifies save vs spell by -19 for 4 hours.
Song: 'canticle of the gods' modifies damage roll by 6 for 4 hours.
Song: 'canticle of the gods' modifies hit roll by 12 for 4 hours.
Adding in save ment
So I always assume any bard that is zurcon is a pure power gamer.
A free tattoo to enable one of the best bard edges there is.
That's my view of it at least.
I think he rolled a storm mariner and tested it on a char I was playing at the time. He subsequently deleted because the Bearcharge did zero lag while he was on the sea.
Not sure if he was a savage though, but I am thinking he was since storm hunter seems stupid.
So yeah, he pretty much rewarded the asshole at the expense of the people who still play CF.
Of all the valid reasons to close hell, some whiny bitch posting a walk through or whatever was probably among the worst.
Though maybe it was just the spark, as there are a number of other valid reasons to close hell and revamp it.
Still, it validated and encouraged the further shit behavior of that gu
You always think everything is always fine, and it's pretty damn comical at this point how much you'll jump to defend almost anything that was the status quo on this CF. It's not hell, you just need to get better at CF. Hell was fine. Silent was fine. Nothing is ever wrong or broken. Imms always design flawless gameplay, the problem is on your end, not CF's. Your CF championin
Why on earth do you love the most boring class in the game so much?
Especially one that has a central component you dislike, which is the randomness of forms.
And you selected air/defense. But you didn't get eagle/falcon and hell, I don't even know what defense form people like any more, seems like everyone says they all suck. Maybe people still like pachy and porc?
I get it, you
But as the counts waned, it seemed like the formula didn't scale with it.
If you made it off the charge system, it would work pretty well.
Though ragers had way too much of an impact on magic compared to mages being logged in, and giving items to couriers was way too short lived in how it impacted the veil.
But it was in theory an awesome cabal, and was a lot of fun when I played it w
It was nothing but Scar's playground, it was horrible for game balance throughout CF as a whole.
Now, that does not mean it was not well written, or fun to explore for the people who did so, but any hell gear should have remained in hell.
Sort of like how the Sword of the Poet would crumble if you took it out of Hell. (though I am sure there were ways to prevent that, like going through
Take the unpredictable edge and STSF will be functionally worthless.
Go elf, get a nice mithril staff and annihilate him. If he uses prot metals stoneskin or prot good, one dispel should do it.
He's not really using iron weapons on you as a reaver also.
Catching him would probably be the hardest part.
I suppose what, a player would have to send a prayer and RP for like 30 minutes to become a Maran d-elf ranger at level 15.
And here I thought this was supposed to be a game people played for fun, not some chore.
I'll bet if Jalim did the same thing they would have made him Captain or Marshall.
Clearly Baer is pissing in someone's cheerios again, saying a dark elf can't be a M

If anyone wanted to actually try and focus on PK, they could do it in far less time.
Of course, you asked the wrong question.
The better question is how many hours of gameplay does it take?
To get proficient with one build, one class, it's not all that much. I would say maybe two hundred hours, a good part of which would
There are two people that know 100% of that story. You're not Twist, you're not me, so you are just making shit up.
The full story is this:
Night A, like midnight EST: Light is in full tilt, no evils on to get back items. Fort is going for Tiamat, I and a few other Nexus people join them. I volunteered Nexus to go because my belief was the three Nexus could do nothing to the horde o
It's pretty evident, songs work.
Now here is the thing.
Is it possible all villagers turn off trust all?
Yes.
Likely, no.
They would all probably trust cabal at a minimum.
There are logs where you can see Salyeris in the Rites, trusts only group, and had no problem hitting villagers.
Same in the arena, and I have never had the issue with any of my bards turning off trust and bein
