It's not "too easy" to win, it's just a really easy way for certain characters (the kind naturally good at gold-getting) to get some useful items.
If you can solo dragons or a number of other things, you can blow a hundreds (or thousands) of gold in a few minutes and not think twice about it.
You don't seem to understand that if CF copied "The Arena" from Forsaken Lands, the Forsaken Lands copied it from a number of other MUDs. The idea has been coded all over on games that have existed since the mid 90s (ie, 2008-3years > mid 90s, don't bother with the calculator).
CF has a number of original twists on the idea that make it very cool. On top of that, it

I've got all the numbers from the Graveyard here in a database so I can query for pretty much anything you can calculate using the data available on it. That said, I did terrible in math and stats class, and really suck at making graphs in general.
Fixing the y-axis of the timeline now though.
I've been working on some basic tables, lists, and graphs using data from the Graveyard. What little I've got so far can be see at - Suggestions welcome.
Generally speaking, if your wireless connection (meaning the IP your ISP gives you) is used for something illegal, the rap is on you. If you're tech savvy, there are a handful of ways of tracking who uses your wireless connection, but I doubt you would be able to use "open wireless" as a legal excuse. I *think* some woman wound up being found guilty after someone used her wireless
