Or at least he should draw more attention to it more when speaking to evangelicals. The idea of giving more responsibilities to the states/counties/cities should be appealing, especially with regard to things like separation of church and state, and other issues that don't seem to have much chance of succeeding at the federal level. <br> <br>I have to admit, after spending 18 years in rural South Carolina and 14 months in New York City, I am finding it harder and harder to understand why people think it is a good idea for so many of the same laws to apply to both regions.
