Can't kill other good folks except in certain cabal dynamics. Evil folks can go to town on other evil folks, no questions asked. Morality in CF is definitely skewed from morality in RL, however, the playerbase would likely be 100% evil more often than not if it wasn't. It is much more like team gold vs. team red than not, but it has to be. A good character who starts stealing from and killing other goodies will not stay good long. Even if you indescriminately start killing neutrals without provocation, I'm sure you'll see some sort of blowback. Choosing good or evil at character creation is absolutely not the only difference, your actions certainly will have an effect. No one is saying CF morality = RL morality.
