Observation (for the most part) should not have anything to do with gaining Edge Points. The amount of XP should be increased and used as a source of ranking for those who can't find a group, or are incapable of ranking by themselves (Majority of low ranked Mage Classes.)

Exploration Points in an area should be activated for the character at the Area Commands lowest level, and be maintained to its highest level.

This fixes everything. There will be no more script spam running through areas looking at irrelevant shit with every character (unless you use this for a form of ranking). No more begging heroes to get you the Key for Organia, or dragging you through Trothon.

This is my take. It's simple and easy, and benefits everyone.
