Re: What matters is who was in a fight with the victim during a specific time period before their death.

So you really don't know if it's an assisted kill or not then , unless the obvious assistant is present or you have knowledge of the prior attack. some mage failing a sleep spell on a guy, then running like hell and me catching the guy he cast sleep on, who is still in perfect health, would be an assisted kill when they had nothing to do with it? Does anyone know the actual time constraint that this goes by? Is there a different message that I haven't noticed if it's a solo kill vs an assisted?

I don't think so. Pretty positive they have to actually do real physical damage at least once.

Yes. I can situations where I dispelled and didn't enter combat and didn't get an assist. (n/t)

I suppose he didn't full heal after your demise, so you earn some %hp in his death (n/t)

What matters is who was in a fight with the victim during a specific time period before their death.

not really time constraint mostly

Quas March 31, 2015 11:05AM

0% damage is also considered damage and will count toward an assisted kill. (n/t)

BattleCharmed March 31, 2015 12:43PM

0 damage could mean they scratched you with a trip or two, but it wasn't enough to round up to 1%. (n/t)

saagkri April 02, 2015 01:06PM

It is based on who did the damage. It's just that assassinations are a special case, always solo.
