1. Exploit vulns whenever possible if your class uses weapons to do damage.

2. Get gear with healing progs if you can. There's at least one (weak) one that most people know about. Depending on align there are others. Even a little bit of healing helps.

3. Look for opportunities to barter items (preferably from the mobs you're killing) for "heal heal" at a nearby healer.

4. Don't be afraid to push the boundaries of "acceptable" mobs. In both directions. Maybe the best place for you is killing mobs that only give 50 xp a pop, but that are plentiful and easily killed. Or maybe your best option is to kill one single tough mob for 500xp per repop (resting in between).
