The ability to parry effectively under any and all circumstances once you have above average skill % in all the weapon types, the dodging potential of a Human/Elf, the health pool of a Fire Giant, and a higher damage output than other H2H specs due to claws being average 31 damage at hero--all rolled into one warrior. That is not yet mentioning the inherent 100% skill at hand-to-hand, which is the attack type the majority of NPCs in ranking areas tend to use.
With proper legacy choices, a Felar hand-to-hand specialist can remain a major threat under circumstances that would render literally any other warrior type toast, and all without sacrificing much of anything in return for it. Add in a spear/staff specialization for above average tanking against NPCs for gearing/exploring/retrieving, impale, and misdirect, and you have a warrior to performs well above average across the board. Even the loss in damage roll due to the uniquely low strength is evened out by the ability to dual wield claws with spears/staffs.
Then add in proper cabal powers. Time to roar as a lion.
