He's Isildur. He's pretty good at the game. You're acting like a policy of full-saccing removes the possibility of good equipment across the board. It doesn't. Good players will still go get the good gear. The only difference is, they'll generally become more conservative so that they can keep it.

The only players that won't be able to get a good set are the players who aren't skilled enough at the game to stay alive long enough to acquire one.
