Pretty much any paladin. Even batadin where you would think size matters elves still have best bat. 2 hander elf is better if you get bal’talon or defiance (which is really not that hard).

Only thing storm has going is shield bash, which stops being good as soon as everyone you fight starts popping enlarge potions.
