Seriously though, the ap is quite killable still. But he's not stupid so don't just let him repeatedly roll the dice until he gets you, if it's clear you are not paying a serious threat to him.

That doesn't mean don't rush him in the hope he might be hurt or unprepared, but it does mean don't stand around if he's rushing you and never comes close to dying to you in that situation.
