We all have very busy lives. 100 hours and not having your character at par is absolutely shit game design. Beating up a guy for trying to find work arounds to the roadblock is shit customer service.
Crazy idea: Ditch empowerment/religions/immortals, if you want to be an admin be an admin and help the game prosper. If you want to roleplay, play a PC character.
Telling players why they are wrong hasnt served the game in any way shape or form over the years.
Here are some basic customer service tenants that should help you prioritize player exprience.
*Your Most Unhappy Customers Are Your Greatest Source Of Learning
*Know what your customers want most and what your company does best. Focus on where those two meet. Hint: EMPOWERMENT
*Good service is good business.
