That said, I don't believe you that there are haste preps available for warriors.
I could be wrong on that one. I haven't personally seen them, but I've had people tell me that a few of them still exist. Obviously, they're not going to be in 99% of the time.

Don't bother with misc. hit/dam affects stuff. Especially if you're a race that relies on dexterity / carry weight.
Why not? If something is easy/quick to obtain, doesn't weigh much, fits in a sac, and gives you maybe +5 dam? Why wouldn't you use that? It's like having a "free" wide copper bracelet. Just don't carry more than 3-4 of them at any given time, and it won't nerf your dodge by any noticeable amount.

Add cure disease / poison to the list
Maybe it's just the ones I know about, but I've found these to be very unreliable. Especially at higher levels. Basically, if I get poisoned/diseased while fighting a shaman/necro, I feel like "being able to get to a town healer" is my best bet. Teleport/cure blindness/pills usually does the trick. Just be sure to keep multiple teleport potions in your inventory, so you have multiple "chances" to land near a town. Possibly also multiple cure blindness (or cancellation- that works too) preps.
