You REALLY need to add in some teleports, some refresh preps, and a pass door at a minimum there. Arguements can be made for enlarge/reduce but for pure "get the hell outta there" preparedness the escape kit needs to be prepared for curse and having all your moves drained. Some spare coinage for healers wouldn't be a horrible idea either.
My "escape kit" typically involves:
2 return potions, 1 in inventory
2-3 teleport potions, 1 in inventory
2-3 flight potions
seaweed
2 pass door potions (one for walking in, one for walking out if the aforementioned teleport/return won't work where you run to)
2 flight potions
2-3 cure disease preps
2-3 cure poison preps
Note: This isn't for prepping for any fights. This is merely to effectively run away.
Also, learn where there are (for lack of a better word, I'm going to use Super Mario Brothers terminology here) warps in Thera. Where you can take a short run and move from one side of Thera to another with little to no movement loss. A lot of people don't bother, and using them will save your neck more often than not.
