re raiding

July 16, 2009 11:50AM
I agree woth what you say about raiding outlander. Easy as a necro with a full army to absorb all the nasty stuff the spirit does. Nasty as anything else.

I was taking the scales repeatedly as a lvl 38 druid (uncaballed, since I never got that char inducted) and handing it to the outlanders. The right CoW, and there's no chance of stopping you.

approaching tribunal and/or raiding

bobbyp July 16, 2009 09:57AM

This is retarded

daurwyn(VIP) July 16, 2009 11:48AM

As have mine

bobbyp July 16, 2009 12:29PM

so rarely that it isn't an issue

daurwyn(VIP) July 16, 2009 12:37PM

Okay cool this is the biggest piece of bullshit in my life.

sleepy July 16, 2009 11:14AM

Have you ever played outlander?

bobbyp July 16, 2009 12:37PM

how the hell do you die to that?

Re: how the hell do you die to that?

Isildur(VIP) July 16, 2009 01:48PM

Trib inner is a wuss. Raiding an undefended Spire while not WANTED is very easy.

DurNominator(VIP) July 16, 2009 09:23PM

from experience, im 90% sure they prog for only Wanted. nt

sleepy July 16, 2009 01:51PM

Executioner calls special guards that assist him and track even if you're not wanted.~

ibuki July 16, 2009 04:23PM

I agree

daurwyn(VIP) July 16, 2009 10:21PM

Those guards randomly are tough as nails.

crafteddeception July 16, 2009 01:15PM

I'm sure others (e.g. Rogue) can back me up on this

daurwyn(VIP) July 16, 2009 10:20PM

Some CoW are honestly OP.

KennyPowers July 17, 2009 09:55PM

A side note

crafteddeception July 16, 2009 01:18PM

because that's not really what we're arguing

sleepy July 16, 2009 01:50PM

Oh. Raiding empty cabals is gay. Didnt think thats where you enjoyement was ntnt

crafteddeception July 16, 2009 04:20PM

bobbyp July 16, 2009 11:18AM

daurwyn(VIP) July 16, 2009 11:52AM

NbM July 16, 2009 11:31AM

Minsinfo. There would be five. Though one is unuseable by most. n/t

alansmithee July 16, 2009 01:08PM

bobbyp July 16, 2009 11:31AM

I also forgot hide, duo, invis and a slew of others.

bobbyp July 16, 2009 10:04AM

sleepy July 16, 2009 11:15AM

I never said they couldn't

bobbyp July 16, 2009 11:20AM

Not really

daurwyn(VIP) July 16, 2009 12:42PM

seems like this all would make hero rangers and druids, which don't seem to be a huge, overwhelming force anyway, even more fucking boring.~

Blackbird July 16, 2009 06:51AM

Is that the only way they can land kills?

Jatropha July 16, 2009 06:58AM

Empire is 10x worse than any other n/t

hopelessdwarf July 16, 2009 06:17AM

Any cabal is bad with any amount of defenders.

_Magus_ July 16, 2009 08:43AM

I just despise the bottleneck in balator n/t

hopelessdwarf July 16, 2009 09:15AM

I assume you know

daurwyn(VIP) July 16, 2009 11:53AM

Yeah, I know the other entrance, just saying sometimes theres watchman + cents there n/t

hopelessdwarf July 16, 2009 01:58PM

Balator is kind of a dumb area anyways. It's like a parody area. n/;t

Lokain July 16, 2009 10:05AM

The worst part of Balator is if you're a criminal~

torak July 16, 2009 10:27AM

And apparently I'm retarded, because Aarn already posted something similar on officials. ~

_Magus_ July 16, 2009 03:33AM

You don't think the approach to empire is an awful lot of civilized ground to cover?

ExPaladin(VIP) July 16, 2009 02:26AM

I certainly don't think it'd be a huge problem...

_Magus_ July 16, 2009 03:27AM

yeah.... I wouldn't call trepidation and bioempathy debilitating for anyone over level 30 or so.~

Blackbird July 16, 2009 06:52AM

Bioemp can be

daurwyn(VIP) July 16, 2009 11:55AM

huh

Blackbird July 16, 2009 02:52PM

bioemp shouldn't kill you

daurwyn(VIP) July 16, 2009 10:26PM

Does Bioempathy work against the Spirit now? Last I checked, it didn't.

Balrahd(VIP) July 16, 2009 11:19PM

The Spirit? n/t

alansmithee July 17, 2009 09:54AM

Yes, bioempathy did (does?) not trigger off of the Outlander Inner Guardian - the Spirit (n/t)

Balrahd(VIP) July 17, 2009 10:02AM

Think it does. Id roll and check. But not many ppl have the balls to raid ntnt

crafteddeception July 17, 2009 11:57AM

Last I checked it did

daurwyn(VIP) July 17, 2009 08:53AM

Bioempathy scales with the damage you deal out yourself. nt

DurNominator(VIP) July 16, 2009 09:37PM

Not to get on a tangent or anything...

_Magus_ July 16, 2009 08:31AM

Blackbird July 16, 2009 02:58PM
