I've been researching a second legacy for An arial...
I chose mace 1st, and dagger 2nd for my specs..
Chose balance of the sisters for 1st legacy, I liked the idea of being
able to mainhand a mace for good damage output, and offhand the dagger
for an opening hurl or hamstring mal... Followed by boneshatter or artery
for further str. loss.
I saw some arials in or around 2007 chose STSF. I've been under the
impression that Elves *25int*, and dark elves *24int* were prime candidates for it,
but other than its kinda useless... Is *23int* enough for the legacy to be
effective? I think I heard there was a change to the legacy maybe some
time in between then and now. I also saw a few arials chose dancing on southern winds,
which I've chosen before with an elf *23 dex*. Will I see a bigger difference
in my dodging abilities with the higher dex of *25*? I wasn't all that impressed when
I had it with the elf, whom used swords and daggers.
Crap, one more question about legacies... I thought about whirlwind of steel
as well. I thought, well... I have weapons that can slow just about anyone down,
given their not geared to perfection. However I saw that it said allows weapons that
are normally parried easily to hit more often. I"m not the greatest when it comes to
game mechanics like this, but aren't daggers and maces harder weapons to parry?
And if thats true, would that defeat the purpose of the whirlwind legacy?
I know thats alot of questions and angles to cover, but if anyone could help even
by just answering one or two of the questions I'd really apreciate it.. And hopefully
someone else will come along and answer the other questions.. Thanks...
