Before making your warrior, you decide what cabal you want to be in and who your enemies will most likely be. I can see mace/dagger spec balance of the sisters being tooled by alot of people at hero range right now now matter what the second legacy is... though arial is a good choice just because of saves and high int. But then again, whatever you'll have the most fun with right? :)
