Ok, so I'm in Character Touretts again, and looking to bust out. Looking for some advice. I'd like to find a build that meets the criteria below, all in some fasion if possible:

1) Able to solo rank for the most part.
2) Able to solo PK fairly well for someone who is just shy of moderatly experienced in PK
3) Survivable against experienced PK(read this as Run and Hide)
4) Prefer Good alignment
5) Low level of Skill spamming

I've tried a bunch of combos, and a lot of them recently with different milage on each of the items listed but never found what I feel for me is the ideal mix.

Feel free to PM me with your answers. It would be very helpful if you could include tactics for PVP and ranking as well if you are willing to share. I'm not against empowered Characters, but for those I would want a good aligned char, and that leaves a lot to be desired with the current set of Imms from my point of view.
