That think that skill spam will help you. So in light of your request...

1) Able to solo rank for the most part.
2) Able to solo PK fairly well for someone who is just shy of moderatly experienced in PK
3) Survivable against experienced PK(read this as Run and Hide)
4) Prefer Good alignment
5) Low level of Skill spamming

1) Rangers, Warriors, Assassins, Bards, anything with sleep, Shamans, Druids
2) Warriors, Assassins, Shamans, any mage, Druids, basically all classes really can solo PK at various points in the ladder to hero. Mages can PK anything that can't bash or one round them in the teens solo.
3) Mages are the most survivable non-priest class if you have access to ABS, if you don't know where to find the bajillion of ABS sources out there, you should probably play one and find them cause there are about 20 or 30 or as many as 50 non-sleek sources for ABS and nearly all of them (or at least half) are mage-only. But if you can't keep a mage alive before they have bash protection or level 36 or so, then this might not rank high on your survivability scale.

Rangers are VERY survivable. Survival is kind of their bag. Assassins are survivable to a point. You have to know when to run away or you'll find yourself eating a lot of deaths. Thieves are really survivable if you never try anything risky. But that way of playing is boring as hell.

All priest classes are survivable. Druids are the least survivable but probably the most deadly and if you know where a few shield potions are you can really rock the world with one.

4) Any class except two of the mages and druid.
5) Not Invoker. Obviously. Necromancer can get by with little skill spam. Transmuters can do really well with only mastering two or three spells (word of recall, duo dimension). Rangers you only have to master camo.

Assassins you have to do all those kicks, if you want to (and you do if you plan on killing anyone solo). But the kicks aren't that difficult to get to 91%. I got mule kick up from 71 to 91 in literally 12 minutes one time. The longest it's ever taken me was 30 minutes.

Warriors require virtually no skill spam. Although it helps to get your weapons up to 86 or 91 and 100% for what you are specializing in. Defensive skills to 91% will do just about as well as 100% for the most part. Most PKs aren't that close, it's either a clear win one way or the other. It's only in those really really close ones that those 100% start to amount to anything.

Thieves require a lot of skill spam to be effective so I don't suggest them. Given how frail they are having a semblence of reliability to the key skills is useful.

So in closing, my suggestions to you are

1) Ranger
2) Transmuter
3) Any Priest
4) Assassin - non-villager or defender
5) Warrior - non-villager or defender
