I have to disagree. Some people may play solely to grief others. Maybe 1 out of 50. That is what I would say is a small majority, who seems larger because that is what gets posted about. I could post maybe 100 logs of all my character deaths over the time I have played, and in that show the maybe 3 or 4 times I was ever fulled, but for most people those are the logs they post, not the ones where they die and get everything back. Have I lost some of my nicer gear after deaths? Absolutely. But you shake it off and move on, there is so much decent gear out there regearing is not too difficult. Hell, buy a set from bramblefield merchant and you have enough to kill mobs with to get better stuff.
I don't think people play CF to grief players. They play to have fun, which is really only possible if all the other people playing are as well. Their own fun may come first, but I think most try to enhance the enviroment for everyone else. Looking at cumulative pk's to full loot ratios, well I'd be surprised if 1% are fulled. Add in random deaths and corpses you find, and it probably drops lower. So in the end it's not too much of a deal, I've full sacced myself twice even, once for rp reasons and once cause I was going to delete a character than decided to reactivate it. Regearing back to decent stuff took probably 90 minutes each time.
