Pray is for IC things and mechanical reporting issue. It's not for getting feedback on your role, that's a forums thing.
If I were an Imm and someone prayed because of role exp I'd probably treat them in similar fashion if not worse. So you wrote good roles before, this one was not one of them and you got 500 and they even gave you feedback, as direct and blunt as possible, and what do you do in response, pray that you are deleting because of a poor start. And so you make a whiny tell to an immortal and delete. I'd be annoyed to if I were the Imm and I'd probably send you a more direct tell like why the hell are you wasting my time with this if you're going to delete anyway.
You should know better Welverin, you make some good chars and you seem to be learning and improving a lot with each character you play. By now I would hope you know role exp is not an entitlement or a reflection on anything with a char. You got 500? Some people get 100. Delete because you don't like the class sure. But don't delete because of an allegedly piss poor start based on role exp, and really don't pray that you blame the poor start on role exp.
A good initial role is usually flushed out in a few chapters, three is good like you did. Give them a few direct points (maybe possible cabal choices/why you are that class/char ambitions) that the Imm can see with ease and a few subtle ones that are less obvious (like relations to sphere and other unique traits for your char). The best written story might be a great read, but it is still crap in terms of a role if it says nothing about your char. And in a recent pbf the imms essentially called out one guy's role because it looks like he was breaking it up solely for role exp (whether he was I don't know) Give the Imms everything they need to know about a young char up front and you'll get the 1000's and occassional 1500's/2000's.
