But I'd probably caution him firstly regardless of the number charged. If he kept charging I'd anathema.

The Empire is meant to be an overwhelming force of order that spreads across Thera consuming all. It shouldn't be an elite club for the rich.

Having said that, I wouldn't have a problem raises 10 gold at any rank. But the rp aspect of it is just, meh.
