I'm pretty terrible at finding people to group with, mainly because I haven't been able to figure out a good IC way to say, "Hey are you evil? Let's go kill some shit".

I don't even see the point of this thread when you already know how to ask people ICly to group. It's right there in your opening post and I even quoted it for you. That's perfectly IC for an evil character to ask. Well except for the shit part. You could substitute 'stuff' or 'something' instead.
