People make plans in CF all the time, but that stuff is never dinged because it's written in an IC note?

There is no problem with Orcfest.

There is a problem with stupid names. There is a problem with people just being stupid, instead of roleplaying a stupid orc. And there is a problem with OOC rings of people cheating, via IRC, AIM, and whatever other means are out there.

Next time, have a bard send an IC note saying that Tremblefist is going to have some sort of competition to see which Orc can rank up the fastest or something.
