^^^ Sure from an OOC power gamey point of view I could 100% do this, and betray all that Ghrimmli means as a character no problems, or I can just hand out my gear and ask people to murder Akan and Mortorn dwarves over and over.
This doesn't have to be power-gamey. Ghrimmli can stand for whatever he wanted to stand for, but my suggestion is a way to account for why Ghrimmli would have transitioned from kinslayer to non-kinslayer in the eyes of dwarven merchants. If you have the kinslayer title, you can't trade with merchants, right? When the title was removed, you could trade with them again, right?

We made a mistake, so we fixed that mistake (Ignore the 80 hours of life/rp inbetween) - So uhmn, all those interactions I had with those dwarves in the meantime, they were meaningless? 'Well you could think of it as them not recognising you' - The hideous drunken dwarf, with no face, known through out the lands as Kingslayer and Blacksmith, and on multiple occasions they traded with him unknown?
Right??? Seriously, I am an idiot and I'm probably missing something. Please dumb it down for me because I'm not sure what's going on.
What is it that Ghrimmli stood for? Why couldn't he continue to stand for it? Be precise about these questions and I'll show you an RP angle that allows you to stick to your original role (even though it seems to me Ghrimmli stood for Give wisHore's Real, Intended Main Man (vortalis) Lots of Items.

^^^ I'm not sure how this is applicable to a world were gods dont exist.
Taken with my previous statement about the newspaper, you can always pretend that the IMMs had nothing to do with it in your role. If they made and fixed the mistake, then it was a big OOPSIES that you could have bent at will for a role entry.

^^^ I didnt care what happened to him, I carried on playing him regardless (with a few caveats to my style), a day or so later I got booted from Fortress, for essentially the same reason, which meant less fun killing stuff/exploring and double down on the RP bullshit :D Vortalis was dead in the water as soon as Kotu/Undmeldn deleted, it was waiting to delete him, I briefly considered rebuilding the imperial raid because hey I have all the maps right, but people just kept rolling worthless shit for pvp only. I tried solo collecting all the Items/defending and shit, but Glik I think was more interested in having someone to gang with, straight up promoting Buon from Sheathed to warmaster in a couple of days. From an RP perspective for my Main, he needs to burn his shit and gtfo before he gets anathemed and praise be to Buon, if the situations were reversed I'd of booted him asap.
So Vortalis is a time bomb, Ghrimmli gets hit with this random Ludan chasing/kinslayer/Kingslayer and Kaiden gets booted from Fort - Given that I play characters at a rate of 10hours to 1 hour of everyone else, where is the fun for me?
I'm not sure what the main argument is here; you should be allowed to have more characters that interact with each other because you play 10 times as much as everyone else?
