The Christmas gorging is over and it is time to get back to the lean shape again. I have accumulated a spare tire of my own over time, and the plan is to lose it during this year. Thus, it is the time for CF's Biggest Loser to begin once again. This thread is for those of us who want to participate to keep track of their process and discuss their methods. I suggest that those of us who want to keep a track of their weight over time with this peer group could post their starting weights and methods they plan to use in order to get in shape. We could do weighings (or whatever gauge people wish to use for their success) when we see fit and post the process here in this thread, which I'm making a sticky for the tracking purposes.
Here's my situation and the plan:
I haven't got a current figure of my weight, but before Christmas it was 74,9 kg, which is a bit of an improvement from November. I've adjusted my diet a bit by not using sugar in my tea any more and I'll also aim for less candy, chips and other such fattening sweets. The plan also includes more exercise than what I've currently had to get in better shape.
I hereby declare that CF's biggest loser 2008 begins today.
November-December 2008 update:
Eleven months have passed since our latest CF's biggest loser and time to sticky the old thread once again and check the past and compare to present has come.
My weight has sailed around 73-78 kg it has been before, so no much advancement here. I've been to the gym sporadically, depending of my current location and remembering and stuff.
