My woman and I are pretty good about respecting and understanding each other's need for space/hobbies. We agree that one part of being in a respectful relationship is setting aside time for our own needs (baseball, computer time, girl stuff, etc.). Unless there is another issue brought into the mix, computer time is usually not a problem; however, the lady did have this to say:
It sounds like there is something else going on with his fiance that is either stressing her out or causing her to become frustrated with the computer time. Perhaps it is wedding planning, perhaps not. Maybe talking with her about your concerns and trying to work it out is best before it snowballs into a much bigger deal. In reality, some women just don't like gaming and do not understand why men do. BUT, to answer your question from a female perspective---no, it is not too much to ask for time to yourself each day. It is absolutely OK and reasonable/normal to want and need alone time and that should be respected. Hell, we all need to decompress.
