Guys who can fight three of us and still leave perfectly fine at around gushing. It's not smart to take those on on your own. Also, not everyone is as pk minded as the (large?) majority of the playerbase.
There were a few cases where I just didn't stand a chance. Maybe you were one of the few cases where I just was outgunned. A lot of people seem to call you a coward if you refuse to just roll over and die to them. Not going to happen.
I got rage delete 3 day reactivation for some obscure reason, but I'm out anyway. Available time has dwindled heavily and I don't enjoy the game enough to want to spend any remaining time playing CF. I'll see about some goodbyes when it shows up.
While the game lasts, you kick, punch and bite each other as much as you want, because no one can see anything while you're under water, but in the end you shake hands and congratulate each other on a game well played.
That evil is an obvious choice for people with, say, 'assholish tendencies', is clear. That doesn't mean CF should cater to griefers.
26 pk losses in 620 hours isn't exactly a lot. Sure, player skill is involved, but there must be more to it. That he is yet to be claimed says a lot (unless I missed it in my 2,5 years absence).
But that's overdoing it :).
"1game noun \ˈgÄm\
: a physical or mental activity or contest that has rules and that people do for pleasure"
Pleasure being the most important word in there (at least for me). In the end it's still a game and it should be fun. For everyone.
The point is, why use it? It's a dick ass lame move in riskless easy mode.
I played an obvious enemy when Flaaayin was around and died only once to him in 330 hours, so that's not the issue. The issue is that whoever imm dreamed up the path and called it balanced, was using some very potent stuff, because it wasn't (and likely isn't).
The large majority of it's ef
But poisoning gear from within the shadows and letting unsuspecting people wear it, that is not it. It's about as close to 'God mode' as you're going to get in CF and you really have to be a dick to even want to do it.
Well, giving people the slay command would be worse, but you know what I mean.
Dawn was disbanded moments before I started playing properly. I was con-dieing sub-11 level characters before that, but they don't count.
Edit: How long ago was that anyway?
But it's often an unavoidable necessity, and if enemies take that into town, might as well show people you're there to handle it.
Sounds like you're confusing orderly Paladin with generic Acolyte/Scribe.
I have an almost 1 year old running around frantically, going across my keyboard at the most inconvenient times ... I would miss her immensily, so I feel for you.
