I have played about 5 Felar Explorer/Marshdwellers to near hero now and find them to be one of the better mixes for PVE/Exploring. But you won't be PKing very much. If you are interested in PK, don't choose any combination that loses bearcharge, because it's honestly the only ranger skill i would use in PK, aside from a few of the other ones, like Wasps and some of the ones Animist
I usually go spear/staff for my felar warriors but I thought maybe I would try h2h, but I just wanted some opinions on how the two compare, offensively, defensively...such and such.
I thought they were done fairly well, and the fighting seems more natural and less 'fights on a wire' type than a lot of the games I've played. But if I were going to buy a fighter game, I would wait for the new Soul Calibur. I think those are very smooth and offer a great fighter experience.
But my favorite fighting game of all time is Bloody Roar 2 and I wish they would make
Deathblow isn't going to change. So you can either deal with it, or stop fighting villagers. It is not going to change, no matter how much you complain about it, because it isn't broken. I never play village, I pretty much hate all villagers regardless of what character I play for personal reasons that have nothing to do with my character. I tend to harbor grudges.
I could also go in
I have played quite a few rangers, they are one of my favorite classes to play. I suck at PK, usually, but I enjoy exploring and such, so rangers are my top choice for that. But, having played two archers, I find they are my least favorite class of ranger to play. Almost any expertise of ranger seems to be a more useful/fun tank. The archer's skills are so lacking in use as to be all but mea
I have, on a few occasions, had it come up when I level where it says 'You are focusing your bonus learning on XXX' and then there is nothing beneath that. I think it's only happened twice to me so far.
I wouldn't mind seeing Centaurs, since we have Minotaurs. They perhaps have inherent pathfinding, being that they are...half horse. Slightly better than average Strength, Con and Dex, Average Wisdom and iffy Intelligence and Charisma.
Don't chose hunter if you are looking for PK. I have played three or four hunters now, but I usually pick a high dex race to do so, usually felar. I have never been a great PKer, and most of my PK's are usually just situational luck, to be honest. But as a hunter, I stand almost no chance of killing most other Players with my skill level. Whereas, with a savage, I can just bearcharge th
Hope you enjoy the next one you play, as well. I've been playing this game for years and I still feel like a noob most of the time, so you are probably better off than I am already, lol.
Let's look at WOW. Yes, it has a learning curve, but the answer to anything you could possibly want to know is posted in a blog, in a tutorial video, in a strategy guide. Not to mention, 'Hey, I can play with my friends!'
Call of Duty: Most first person shooters have the same learning curve, with the same basic principal. All the information you could want or need is at your dis
I sometimes play with my nephew, who is usually upstairs and I'm downstairs. It keeps the game fun to play with someone you know and trust, and I don't roll a character specifically to compliment whatever they are playing(though I could easily see that being a problem). But if I am playing something like a warrior, assassin or ranger, chances are my first 20-30 levels are spent alone, s
But unless you have knowledge of preps, gear and how to fight, then you are likely going to get killed a lot, and that's not much fun for the person getting owned by the 3 people in his PK range. Constantly dying is likely not going to bring new players. They will go to something more newbie friendly like WOW or something like that, where you are not just fodder for the more experienced(at l
Prey on the weak sounds like it would be very good, or at least interesting, but shouldn't really be necessary if you can hit them quick enough anyway. I think WBBJ used to work during combat too, I've found it to suck a bit now. Not as reliable as regular Blackjack or Garrotte, and can't be done during combat. Suckness. Oh well. I'm not all that impressed so far. I usually pl
I was just looking at some of the skills for a thug thief and thought that everything after gutshot, maybe with the exception of third attack, looked rather useless, or at least useful in only very limited situations. What do those of you whom might have experience with thugs think about this?
Whereas, I have been garroted for upwards of 5 hours. You need all that extra time to get off all your tying and shit, so I believe it does last longer.
From what I have seen of it in the past, and in my experiences, it seems highly unreliable, and honestly not overly powerful for as often as it misses. So is it worth it to waste the practices on it, in your opinion, forum?
I was thinking of trying a druid, since I never have played one past 10 before, but was just curious what gods would be good for that, that are actually going to be around to, at the least, empower, and maybe interact a little? I never have any luck picking gods. My last paladin, followed Vynmylak(or however it was spelled), and that god deleted halfway through my character. Sucked. Played an Urt
I believe this must be since the PWipe, since I know the tranny I had before that definately got explore/observe when duo'd because I never came out of duo to explore. But now that I know this, I can delete my transmuter because he is now pointless.
