I mean sure it was bootlegged from a theater but seriously did they need to rustle with the M&M's the whole damn time?!

But the way conjurers work has been notoriously buggy.
And honestly I still wonder how complicated and bloated they intend to make it! Seriously though thats got to be a monster even compared to bash
Atleast if my understanding of the way muds like CF work is correct.
I honestly can't remember what the default range the mud would likely move you too is I want to say its in the high 8000's though.
I can only speculate how exactly it compares weapons and if it considers weight in the equation. I think so as that would be logical......

Ward helps you like this in terms of chances to parry
Giant without ward = 44%
Giant with ward = 49%
Arial without ward = 36%
Arial with ward = 39%

Strength is part of the equation and the legacy is a really simple addition to the equation
In laymens terms it looks like this
25 strength + two swords at x weight , parrying against this weapon type at X weight.
Your chance to parry = 44% each strike
With the legacy you get a addition 10% of that 44% or another 4.8%
Giving you a 49% chance to parry opposed to a 44% without the legacy.

But still a gangy little stacked elf that I always wanted to gang back, that seemed to have the self servingness even a Sc
