When they do that, they still phase after you, so you are screwed if you don't have the mana to dismiss them, or a big circle to get to pronto.
There is also an item I know of that is a death sentence for anyone with an archon, bound or not...unless the item has been changed since I learned the hard way.
For ranking before archons, use all of the options available to you. When you are healthy, you attack first, when you aren't, have the familiar. It heals fast so when it is too hurt, let it rest while you kill something else or rest as well.
Angels shouldn't be turning on you. Check your charisma. If you want, PM me a log of when one turns on you and I'll pm you back with everyt
It just heals you instead of hurt you.
You see a damage message, but instead of losing those hps, you get the echo about the mantle and you gain them instead.
I'd say there is a good place for a player like that. There is a lot more reward for RP (with good roles esp) than 10 years ago, and though PK is still big, it isn't such a slug fest as it used to be with less players all around you all the time.
I've played enough conjurers, that I've learned that if I am about to fight a mob that I absolutely need an archon better than a luminous, then I am better off putting less mana in thatn everything I can possibly do. The way I've seen it, is that at different amounts of mana you can get tier 1/tier 2 or 1/ tier 3, 2, or much likely 1/tier 4, 1, or less likely 3. I know imms have sa
When you are close to the level you get the spell, 1000 mana still might get you the lowest tier, and you will see the lowest tier at hero at times as well, but far less.
If you want to talk more with specific examples of what you are doing, you can PM me what you put in and what you got, and I'll suggest any changes that jump out at me.

Can anyone describe the survitors for me? I have not understood them yet. Put more mana to get better elementa/angel/archon/...? How much? What they do if you get better ones? As a light/orderly could you send out nightgaunts? ...
Wiki is good for descriptions.
The more mana you can, the better for the most part. The tiers can be seen on the wiki, and they do different things based
What has everyone's panties in a bind over Onya? I say kudos, and if I had the option of playing a char and getting the same results I'd do it in a heartbeat.
Especially funnyone...your character always glaringly are the same and run like hell when you have a challanging fight, only pausing to whine and call peopele idiots along the way.
For me it seems to be worse for longer log files, so I've been copying the log out periodically when it lags bad like that and then savign it to a longer one that I'm not writing to from zmud.
Wish I could get it fixed too, but at least I can still function.
Are you logging?
For mine, it seems like it happens when I am logging and have a log that is getting longer. The longer the log file, the longer the lockup.
But I'll try to help out too anyhow :P
For more epic stuff, I know there is some arial gear in a certain ruins that I won't name specifically because I'm not sure if it counts as area explore. Near HTOS.
I know being able to get a mino slot is a complete crapshoot, but in the event I ever manage to land one, I wanted to try to think of a good role to keep on the shelf.
Do any of you know of good minotaur lore that can be found in CF? Not sure if there is anything in the Lyceum from the few times I have been in there. I know Seantryn is their main hometown, but not sure if there is a reason for
Hah, yeah I was just thinking the same thing. After all this time of trying to figure them out, I still always feel like I am missing a crapload of the wand locations.
For the most part, the things that are being screamed about the most, I think, are either wrong in their theories, overblown, or true but not as bad to me as it is to them.
I think that this will end up being an ugly cause to some minor changes that will make things better. I hope it doesn't make some of the best things about the game worse and cause some imms to back off on their immtera
I guess the meter would have been better off inducting none then.
Funny that you are chums with an enemy of your cabal, but think that just because someone else is good, and is a follower of a god of purity, combat, and courage, one is going out of line for what they are supposed to stand for, and the other is not.
On one forum page you complain about people ganging you when it sounds like it was far fron innappropriate, and then you post a log of you dueling someone trying to join your sworn enemies like you are a couple of old friends tussling about while drinking beers.
I was thinking the one you posted on the 5th was where you talked about being looted, I guess that came later. Apologize for mis-remembering.
Point still stands though, that I think that less posting here would be helpful, it just seems that your emotions are tossed onto the screen in full force. I like your talk about the game, I think you should just try to keep talk about your characters li
Seemed like it was you poking a finger at the looter as if you didn't deserve it just because you didn't loot him on eastern road.
I don't know all that much about you, but it seems like you would be a lot better off just playing the game and not posting about your characters on any of the forums at all.
