Village leadership has endorsed a "next man up" sort of philosophy, where if one villager fails in any way (slept, died, ran away), another villager is free to step in and bash the mage.
As a village enemy, it seemed reasonable to me.
Is it only berserkers that are expected to follow parity?
I've had positive interactions with just about everyone, EXCEPT you, a person who literally set out to drive other players from the game. Just pathetic.
who constantly talked shit and then used clearreply, when you were a midrank levelsitting sack of shit--who looted hard then. So what? You got full looted once when you were decked head to toe. That doesn't excuse your list of "the Empire must full loot these 10 people until eternity." Not to mention, full looting, then immediately using imperial spies to go multikill someone who
so much of this game is really easy (and boring), but occasionally it gets really hard. I'd rather be able to race through the easy bits, and enjoy the hard bits--but you've got to know where they are, and if you've got a chance (aka what resists you need), because otherwise it's just a waste of time. I get little enjoyment out of suiciding and wasting 3 hours just to learn th
bone dragon and a hell sentinel, I didn't look them up on the wiki first--should have just run, I think. I never found any mutation resistance, so I had a whole stack of negative mutations as well.
It's awesome, but it's got a HUUGGEEEE downside. Every time you see an enemy, you are prohibited from moving away from it. The axe is cursed, and recurses every time you wield it, so you've got to constantly uncurse it and swap weapons to kite enemies.
This game is such a timesink. 99% of stuff I can just o-tab spam my way through, and then you die.
First time I was cast into the Abyss (on elven vaults 3), I actually made it to lvl 3, got the rune (my third!) and got out. Then, even with MR++++ I was cast back in and died.

Thanks for the awesome tool--but I seem to be having issues. I tried adding a bunch of items (via lore) yesterday, using version 2 (though I haven't used the previous versions), and the items aren't appearing in the list. One of them worked, but the rest didn't appear. Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong? I can get a lore to post here for debugging later, but I don't have
That, I understood. What about unlocking a a control? If it's 50 (or whatever it is) charges to unlock the next control, and you get 30 charges and then lose your weapon, do you have to get only 20 more to unlock it, or are you starting over at 0?
I know once you get a control, you have it always. Thanks!
If you're stomping on someone over and over, your gear is probably way better than theirs--so maybe you don't loot them because there really isn't much to loot.
They kill you, and everything you're wearing is an upgrade? I expect to get looted hard in these situations.
Now, I think it's different for gear you can't use (unholies excepted)
RP might say full-sac always to prevent <enemy> from growing strong. But meh, that's garbage.
But really, going apeshit because you lost your ap weapon is unfortunate, but kind of hard to understand. It's not like he was really close to the next control, is it?
If you interpreted my first post as "what would you rather have than fortlander" you obviously didn't read it.
The log shows a 50 charge AP not getting support from his own cabal and then a fort thief (out of range from the 1 non-good outlander in the log) jumping in right at the end.
My post was, "what is remotely objectional about this log?" and the answer is noth
If you want to go back into history and cherry-pick friendly Fort/Warden relations, I'm sure you can do the same for Empire/Trib. The two ethos-specific cabals are designed to have both allies and enemies within the alignment cabals.
The problem is that the conspiracy theorists here are the antisocial sorts who always feel like everyone hates them, are more inclined to play evil loners. C
