Getting the brunt of lag/command denial bug-hate/whatever you want to call it, and is now the poster-child for it, even though the guy hasn't done a single thing wrong.
FWIW, I haven't experienced any sort of trip/bash lag oddities even though Im on the lookout for it. You'd think I'd have seen some of it with how rampant it apparently is.
My two cents:
For you: I mean, you won. You were hitting harder/more often for the rounds of combat, so I don't think you did anything wrong. Depending on the % of your knee/kick skills, I would argue you should use those instead, since you're still going to be able to input them at the same rate as your elbows if you get tripped successfully. If you were losing that fight in the rou
Patab - got bored just doing the whole rake villager fights, plus I was a death away from con-death anyways.
Barafel - Wanted to mess around with a religion, but then Deormdel went and went dormant on me like a week after empowerment, so it was pretty boring playing this char too.
I'll post more in-depth goodbyes when they pop up on the official forums. Flame away boys!
Everyone's shitting on this dwarf paladin, but you got to admit that the way Whiysdan handled it wasn't probably the ideal choice in CF. Let the morts on this quest deal with the RP, isn't that the point of CF. Should a dwarf paladin be doing this, and was it an appropriate response when the shit got stolen from him? No and no. But idk, don't think the IMM is scot-free either.
Personally, I like knowing how rare items are (as in how many copies exist of it). It's also good if you during a loot of a corpse, since you can essentially see how good items are quickly. Lastly, if you're exploring, it's nice to have it up to see if it's worth fighting a mob for their item.
Or, you're just l33t and know every single item and its rarity, and you don
the one reaching here is you, if anything. I don't give a shit about those people on that forum. I never even considered you got it from OOC connections. IC-ly? Yea sure, I figured the only way to get that is from killing goodies to get the staff.
My point being, unlike other weapons, there was no reason for that guildmaster to be killed, ever. And from that neutral warrior, it's cle
If anything, I was implying that your morals might seem iffy. And this is before I knew about kinship or whatever that shit is. For me personally, receiving a staff from a "neutral warrior" that can only be gotten by killing him in that case, seems not-paladin like to me. Though maybe you're more of the don't ask don't tell kind of position.
Of course, I'm not go
Regardless of whether that is true or not, is sort of moot, since there's always a bunch of villagers running around with roles that dictate i hate magic. Magic killed my family? I hate magic. I am cursed by some demon? I hate magic. Someone quaffed a potion of return and I couldn't seal a kill? I hate magic.
EDIT: I'll also point out that i personally feel that's an okay R
People would argue that an IMM using summon isn't using magic, but using their divine powers, which aren't magic. I don't think pre-imm villager is going to complain if an IMM offs and teleports them somewhere, since it's divine.
But really, I always felt this was a stupid argument for people to quibble over. Out of all the arguments for people to have about CF, this is so
He had a fair amount of obs/exp, along with good amount of IMM exp from various events, plus pk edge points. I'd say the number of edges he received was correct.
TBH, I'm not sure I agree with no EP from PKs, but at the same time, I do think it should be limited to maybe earning one mid to high cost edge for 10-15 pks. It doesn't make sense to make the rich richer in that regar
Liked you a lot, and I completely agree. For people who claim they are all pros and shit, they cant take loots of even one or two pieces well at all. Like damn son, if you're so elite, just go get a replacement instead of crying.
Are there any useful NPCs that are summonable? I know that people summon that duergar and the felar chieftain, but I can't seem to lock down the keywords for them.
Edit: Figured out the duergar and felar, any other useful NPCs people commonly summon?
Do a lot of people still play? There seems to be a lot of talk from all of you about how this game/playerbase/IMMs suck...
That, and seeing Stevers name...Oh god the memories of when he first started playing.
Basically wanted to derp around a bit and try playing again, but second-guessing now. :P
Usually these logs reflect just as badly on the poster as that who is being accused.
That and your commentary made you look sort of stupid. If you're going to post this, just post the log and not your 2 cents on everything he says.
