In the over 600 hours I put in playing Outlander over the past few months, I don't ever recall Fortress assisting or being in the way what-so-ever. I played both Evil and Good and believe me, I would have abused the shit out of it if possible. Perhaps I just had lousy playtimes.
I do recall a day when a Conjuror(sp?) Forty as well as a couple of Outlanders were attached to the hip. T
That's cool, generally anything that fits an RP angle adds flavor to the game.
I was making a broad generalization in regards to the nature of it and did not intend any attack upon the Islander in question.

This is the time when Islanders should be out and about adventuring and such. Those who take the balanced time to slay whomever seem to be missing the entire point of Island life.

I have never been able to determine what creatures other than a Conjurer's demons and the occasional demon in random areas, what creatures are actually "demonic"?
For instance: Nightwalkers? Aboleths?
