I agree with what he said...but I have a few things I'd like to add.

1. Justin was definitly newbie friendly. It was uniquely rolled into his roleplay. He was a great guy and did a lot for the mud. Would you want all of the pantheon to act that soft? Even your evil gods? Part of the fun of immortal interaction (atleast I think this when I'm playing mortals) is that tinge of IC fear you feel towards them. I'll not hammer the point Shok made about Astein's evil role.

2. Justin is gone. Not here. He left. BUT you do have a set of immortals that are here and are putting an incredible amount of time into the cabal. Either be grateful or atleast be quiet.
